The time has come for the United States military to invade and occupy Mexico and to set up a modern, efficient, 21st century type of government to replace the corrupt, elitist 19th century type of government that currently exists in Mexico. What is needed is a Marshall Plan for Mexico.

I don't think it would take US dollars to wake Mexico up economicly. Their own government is the major roadblock to progress.

IMO If corruption couldn't be removed from the system, all the money in the world wouldn't raise the standards of living for the average Mexican.

I think we already have a Marshall Plan in place for them here in California. Everything is paid for and provided for them. The costs are socked to us in the form of ever increasing taxes and bond measures.

Mr. Bush is implementing a plan that has been in process since his his daddy said the words " New World Order" and "the thousand points of light" on the evening news. It did sound foreboding at the time, and it has come to pass.
