Ohio is screeching about lost revenue but I lost revenue when two of the companies I worked for found things a tad cheaper in other countries. Why can't I?

You know what?  I saw an ad on TV the other night about a mother screaming at her daughter for getting her tongue pierced and she "didn't shop around for a better price."

It's always been the American Way to shop around for the best price. Yet, by buying cigarettes from the Internet and the Reservations for a "cheaper price," it makes us all criminals.

Did you notice that?

Cigarette taxes aren't (or shouldn't be) lost revenue since it is actually taxation without representation to start with. They put a surcharge on tobacco one week and in THE SAME WEEK COMPLAIN ABOUT LOST REVENUE. You can't lose something you never had!!!! Maybe they ought to look to other sources like taxing people who harass smokers. There's more money to be found there. Isn't the purpose to get money from the easiest sources?
