"EarthDay Footprint Quiz"-- When you need a good laugh or your BP elevated.

Posted on 08/23/2002 6:29:42 PM PDT by yankeedame

Sorry, gang, I don't know how to post picture/multi-page items. But here's is the web site:

http://www.earthday.net/footprint/index.asp#

Enjoy! Some of the questions are a hoot! But oh so, politically correct.

How did I do? 5 planets and 24 acres. LOL, all the more reason we need space exploration!

Well, I live in a downtown commune, eat only home-cultured yeast, and ride my yak to work. All of you owe me money.

According to my "footprint" we need 2 1/2 planets. I'll take Venus and half of Jupiter!

What a bunch of maroooons that made these questions up....most enviro's, excuse me, are a bunch of pussies. In my studio I have a composting potty....It uses no water and I can out recycle any of the dolts that made this survey. Environmentalists, my butt.

Only if you can prove that you recycle all the methane the yak puts out into the atmosphere.....

It's a trick questionaire...I answered all the minimums...and it told me I should re introduce armidillos to the New Jersey Turnpike.

I think it has something to do with the point system...we're not allowed to run down landscapers, anymore.

IN COMPARISON, THE AVERAGE ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT IN YOUR

WORLDWIDE, THERE EXISTS 4.5 BIOLOGICALLY PRODUCTIVE
ACRES PER PERSON.

IF EVERYONE LIVED LIKE YOU, WE WOULD NEED 7.6 PLANETS.

Maybe we just need fewer PEOPLE! There is an answer to that too. It is coming soon.

7.8 planets and a 35 acre footprint for me.

IN COMPARISON, THE AVERAGE ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT IN YOUR COUNTRY IS 24 ACRES PER PERSON.

Not only does my personal productively require more space for me and my family than a goat herder, I'm above average too. Yipee!!!

WORLDWIDE, THERE EXISTS 4.5 BIOLOGICALLY PRODUCTIVE ACRES PER PERSON.

I wonder what biological productive means? I'll bet it's total B.S.

One question was, "Do you have electricity in your home?"

Huh?

By their standards, you're probably using the resources of about 1.5 planets. You owe Mother Earth! Take a dump on your lawn, that should make it even.

I wonder what biological productive means?

That means under state control, something like Mugabe's set up.

9.4 planets. If we include Pluto and all the asteroids, we might just make this work...

And what's the deal with "no electricity"? Somehow I doubt the Unibombers of the world are reading and responding to this survey. How the heck do they power up their computers?

Well my wife and I need 40 acres each, so the rest of you will have to scrunch up a little.
