Best advice: make your own list by reading threads on the topic. It takes longer, but it still the best way to go. Promptly remove anyone who requests it. Don't abuse your list by pinging multiple times per day.
I personally am happy to be pinged to any pro-life thread - even if I'm not moved to comment.
As you decide who you want on your ping list, make a *.txt file with the names (separated by semi-colons) and save it on your desktop. When you are ready to ping your list, do a copy/paste from your *.txt file ping list into the "To" field. Add to your ping list as you see new names to ping.
