I don't understand the "humor" of other posters.could timely action on information such as this have stopped WTC1, murrah, or 911?
not a laughing matter, is it?

Besides water, the other utilities might
well be at risk; also the 'net.

You're correct again.

How come 'Middle Eastern looking men' are taping stuff everywhere?

Response to reply #27:
Some of the reports may be mistaken.
Some of the men may just be tourists or sightseers.
Some of the men may be collecting intelligence for real terror attacks.
Some of the men may want to be testing for a reaction of security or public awareness in a given area to find a weak target of opportunity.
Some of the men may be terror sympathizers who want to terrorize by the act of being seen taping targets of opportunity.
Do have any other possibilities to add to the list?

You can strike #2. Why would any tourist film a place like that?
To: OKCSubmariner
Oklahoma isn't the best state in the world to go around videotaping stuff if you are an ME. Lots of those folks just happen to be armed and if you tick them off you'll find what caliber ammo they use.
I doubt it was a serious threat.

Feds Arrest Al Qaeda Suspects With Plans to Poison Water Supplies on Them
WASHINGTON Federal officials have arrested two Al Qaeda terror suspects in the U.S. with documents in their possession about how to poison the country's water supplies, Fox News has learned.
The first case involves James Ujaama, who surrendered to the FBI last week in Denver. Sources say they found documents about water poisoning among several other terrorism-related documents in his Denver residence.
Sources say the government has additional evidence that prior to Sept. 11 James Ujaama acted as a courier delivering laptop computers to the Taliban.

Thanks honway for the article in your reply #31.
The recent video taping of OKC's municipal water supply by ME men from Florida should be taken as a potential serious threat given what the article in reply #31 by honway says about ALQaeda operations involving water supplies in the US.

In Milan, Italy, 4 Moroccan men were arrested also for trying to poison the water supply.
Some one is out there coordinating this idea...
