Report: Men Taped Metro Water Treatment Plant Terrorism Task Force, Police Investigating Posted: 3:48 p.m. CDT August 26, 2002 Updated: 8:20 a.m. CDT August 27, 2002
OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating a report that several men were spotted videotaping the Lake Hefner Water Treatment Plant.
The plant sits on Hefner Road, just north of Lake Hefner.
According to a police report, a person said he witnessed several Middle Eastern-looking men videotaping the plant Friday afternoon.
Police have been unable to track down the men, but said they discovered that the car the were driving was a rental vehicle out of Florida.
The Oklahoma Terrorism Task Force is also investigating the police report.
The lake and the road are named for Judge Robert Hefner, an early OKC pioneer and civic leader.
Yet the FBI and DOJ continue to allow these cells and groups to operate freely to "monitor" them rather than deporting or arresting them. Why? Political correctness, a craving for a Mid East PEace agreement at the cost of innocents or is it corrupt incompetence and negligence and laziness or cowardice?
Are the people of OKC to wait until the water supply gets poisoned by Hamas and AlQaeda and Iraqi types while the Terrorism Task force plays political games with their lives.? Where is the premptive spirit of Fed LAw enforcement in OKC to stop these groups when the COmmander in CHief and Cheney say premption is required in Iraq?
Will OKC PD step in or is the police force now so Federalized by Federal dollars that they have been neutered by the Feds?
What do your friends at OSBI (OK State Bureau of Investigation), FBI and on the Terror Task Force say about this BlueDOg? Can you get them to act? What is their excuse for not acting against these groups now and for over seven years? What is the agenda?

Recall that you volunteetered to have Sharon protected last OCtober when Jayna Davis asked me to call you to get protection for Sharon. Did SHaron get to tell her story (you reported on 11/3/01 on FR about Sharon paying Khalid Mohammed in OKC) to the Senate Intelligence COmmittee and the legal counsel Marc Chretain for Burton's House GOvernment Reform Committee?
You need to check back with David Scippers and Jayna Davis about Sharon Twilley. Mike Johnston, the OKC attoney working on the Iraqi lawsuit for Judidicial Watch is also interested in talking with you about Sharon and Khalid. You do remember Mike? You were in his office last year with Jayna Davis-Remember?
While the Mid East men seen videotaping the reservoir in OKC had Florida license plates, I would bet they were getting assistance from members of the Iraqi and Hamas terrorist infrastructure in OKC.
And the Israeli and US intel aset, William Northrup was sent to OKC from Florida (where the Israelis were monitoring Mid East terror activities) three days before the OKC bombing in 1995 to warn the FBI in OKC.
McVeigh lived in Florida and had occassion to meet with MID East terrorists in Florida like Jose Padia.
The raid on a mosque in OKC on MArch 13, 1995 connectd to the OKC bombing was conducted to find a terror professor connected to Islamic Jihad operation out of the University of Southern Florida and the World Islamic COuncil in Florida (WISE).
And many of the 9/11 hijacker pilots who operated out of Florida passed through and had frequent connections with the Norman OK Airman flight school attended by BIn Ladens personal pilot, Moussaoui and visited by Mohammed Atta. Atta met in an OKC motel in Aug 2001 where other OKC Hamas and Iraqi operatives involved in the OKC bombing had met. There is a terrorist infrastructure and network in OKC which has assisted pilots, terrorists around the country including ones from Florida.
If Bin LAden or ALQaeda/Iraq/Hamas were to strike again in OKC it would further terrorize the public because it would demonstarte FBI ineptitude (or connivance?)in protecting AMericans because Bin LAden's terror network could strike again in the same place under the FBI and Fed TAsk Force very noses.
