Ethanol's just another government boondoggle? Who would have thunk it?

Hey, we could save the taxpayers some money. Let's combine the Department of Energy and the INS/Border Patrol under Michelle.

Maybe she could take those billions we waste proping up ethanol production and spend them on immigration law enforcement.

There's a nifty slogan in there somewhere. Any ideas?
