Whether or not you have been able to get past the denial stage, I'd wholeheartedly advise you to cut your losses and leave Zimbabwe as soon as you can.
Nobody is going to come to your aid, and you are not going to be compensated for your losses by Mugabe. You have been made his scapegoats, just as Hitler did to the Jews in the 1930s.
I know you feel the burden to care for your former black employees who are suffering under Mugabe's policies, but you can't anymore. They are no longer the "White Man's Burden", they are completely at the mercy of their "Great Liberator". Just leave, with sorrow in your hearts but alive....
The world cares not for your suffering. But the world still has places where productive citizens are welcome.
As far as Zimbabwe goes, there is no hope until the UN takes the politically incorrect position of noticing that this black dictator is guilty of gross crimes against humanity and is every bit as worthy of condemnation and arrest as Milosevic.
