Enforce the seperation of powers doctrin by removing and preventing all members of the judical branch from holding office in either the legislative branch or the executive branch. I.e., allow no member of the American Bar Association (Lawyers) to hold office in the legislative or executive branchs of our goverment.

Clinton is not the whole disease. He may be the largest and most painful pus-filled boil on the rump of the body politic, but there are many more open sores (like Torricelli of New Jersey, etc.). We need to lance that boil, but we also need to lance all the other boils.

Many of those boils iare n the private sector. Corruption in the priivate sector goes hand in hand with corruption in government. The private sleazebags want speciali benefits. How do they get them? From public sleazebags who are for sale -- or at least for rent by the hour.

1. Deport Bill and Hillary Clinton to any anti-American 3rd world rathole that will take them and threaten Chelea with the same thing if she follows in Mom and Dad's footsteps.

2.Quit the UN and make it leave the US. Sell the property to Donald Trump and use the money to pay off the deficit.

3. Make all our so called allies pay back the loans we made them after WW2.

I'm intimidated. I've decided not to offer any suggestions. I am a little embarrased to admit that I was just going to give a list of people whose heads would go up on pikes at the White House lawn. That and nuke the Red Zone from orbit. Its the only way to be sure ;).

10) Abolish all laws pertaining to gun ownership

12) Move the ability to collect taxes to the individual States.

12) Make vote fraud an act of treason punishable by death.
13) Make voting for passage of treaties or legislation by voice vote by a congress that doesn't bother to read what they are passing an act of treason punishable by death. Same for the Senate.
14) Require all legislation to be checked against the Constitution for legality before passage.
15) Drain power from D.C. and return the bulk of it to the individual states.
16) Make it unlawful for there to be any such thing as Federal land.

Wow! Lots of great ideas posted that I agree with. Here are some that I don't think have been mentioned yet:

1.) Prosecute all traitors for treason (like the Clintons, "Hanoi Jane", etc.).
2.) Only American citizens may vote and only if they own property, or are in the military (or have been honorably discharged from the military).
3.) Pull US troops out of all peacekeeping missions.
4.) No more foreign aid (petty tyrants will just have to find another way to fatten up their Swiss bank accounts).
5.) Tell China to stick its Most Favored Nation status and its cheap plastic junk up its whazzoo. Likewise, tell the Saudi Arabians to mix their oil with pig sh*t and drink it.
6.) Drill ANWAR. Tell the enviro-weenies that every time they b*tch about it, we'll offer free beer to any redneck who shoots a herd of caribou.
7.) Every high school in the US must offer a mandatory American History/American Constitution class taught by a FReeper in good standing. All elementary schools must offer a mandatory Gun Marksmanship/Gun Safety class taught by the NRA. Eliminate the NEA.
8.) Tell Universities they must institute a new quota system to achieve true diversity. When they're done cheering, tell them the new quotas require that 50% of college professors be Republicans (then insert earplugs to protect against hearing loss associated with high decibel liberal screeching).
7.) Newspapers may no longer post errors or retractions on page 34D. They must be printed on page 1 along with photo of errant (or deliberately deceitful) reporter in his underwear and a dunce cap (or wearing an American flag pin, whichever he finds more degrading).
8.) Every politician who sets up surveillance cameras in his city or state must agree to be filmed and broadcast live 24/7 on national TV.
9.) Take every unconstitutional law off the books. Special interest groups can whine, nonviolently protest, and attempt to influence legislation all they want, but it will be made very clear to them that no unconstitutional laws will ever be passed on their behalf.
10.) Prosecute Janet Reno, Lon Horuchi, etc. for murder.

2. Investigate, try and convict the clininoid RATS still trashing the legal system. The two Klinoons and Mc Aulliffe head the list.

1. Eliminate all Federal Cabinet level departments except for Treasury, Defense, and possibly 'State'.

2. The Legislative session shall run from Jan. 2 through Memorial Day. An extended session would run through the 4th of July. Salary stops after 5/6 months.

3. Illegal immigrants shall receive no benefits and/or services from the federal government. They will, when identified, be given 30 days to obtain legal status or be deported.

4. Repeal the 17th Amendment(as suggested)

5. All federal laws will 'sunset' 12 years after they become law. (Requiring the Congress to rethink and reauthorize both good and bad legislation.)
