If I'm not mistaken these regs were passed under GW's watch and a Republican Congress, with GW's appointees heading up the EPA. It seems the doormat was never changed when Clinton left.

You are right. Between RINO's and class, it is tough not only for the industrial workers, but just dirty, tough, workers in general. Every year, more and more paper pushers get distant for where all their comfy stuff comes from, who made it and where. i.e, we get no respect.

"This is as a result of a consent decree signed by the DOJ, EPA, and the heavy duty diesel engine manufacturers back in '98."
GW and friends weren't in office in '98. That would be the Sinkmeister, SpottedAl and cronies.
