Reagan, at least, went after Gaddafi, too bad the bomb missed. It kept Qaddifi in his hole for many years. I've read about Gaddafi's recent trip to South Africa. What a hoot! Not to mention the on-going UN conference in SA about saving the earth, while chowing down on lobster, pates, and hundreds of pounds of other rich goodies, while the poor they're talking about stand outside.
