What does "d" "h" "m" mean? My birthday is on Nov. 4. The death of Saddam would be an awfully nice present for me. Reagan was elected on my birtday when I turned 10, so this would be a nice addition to the "important things that happened on my birthday" list. =)

The hour is Greenwich mean time meaning 5 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time.
