Greens accused of helping Africans starve ...were i the person in charge at this newspaper, the misleading headline would be changed to read: "greens helping africans starve."
maybe. i might also think that the misleading headline promotes good policy by deflecting criticism from (and therefore any possibility of meaningful change by) the greens.

I can't remember which one, there have been so many "starving" African events, but I remember reading that the potatos we sent were refused because they were not properly bagged.
I think we should keep our corn at home and give it to someone who will appreciate it.
