There is no doubt in my mind that legalizing the cultivation of this plant would lead to a reduction in the potential for violent harm to law enforcement,citizens,and also help eliminate the black market for the stuff. When this happens,it should not be taxed,and it should be largely unregulated.This will help to make the stuff effectively worthless.

Plus my plan might result in a severe reduction in sales for the helicopter companys. In my local county,the local Dem. Congressrat convinced the feds to give the county 2 copters for the purposes of "search and rescue". Well,guess what,there were not enough S&R missions to keep the birds busy. So the Sherrifs figured they could do some "training" and keep the birds operating and not let them sit,lest the seals go bad,by doing a little "fly-over" work and now they fly over everyones back yards and snoop around,terrorizing the entire county.
