Powell will resign to hit the talk and book circuit,and then Bubbette! will "draft" him to "serve his country once again as my VP running mate" after she is "drafted" herself to run. I've been predicting all this since the 2000 elections. Powell will resign in "frustration/disgust" some time in 2003 so that he will have time to hit the book and talk show circuit,and still have time to be "drafted".
