1.As much as I despise Rendell, it is saddening to see Judicial Watch follow in the footsteps of Socialists and use gratuitous lawsuits to hound people. Couldn't we leave at least that to the liberals?
2. I concur that this is not likely to affect a Democratic candidate, because the media will not blow it up. I mean, if he had killed some girl by driving drunk off of a bridge...oh wait, he would have gotten away with that too.

Don should own the Teamsters by now. He had very good grounds for a lawsuit against Johnny Morris and the local. Even good grounds for a suit against the Philly DA/RENO-impersonator Lynn Abrahams.
This article brings something to light for the first time that I was unaware of: the one Teamster admitting that they made up the "assault" by Don against the 2 Teamster chicks. Having known Don - I knew that those charges were BS - as anyone that would meet him for 2 minutes could attest to. But why did the DA file charges anyway? I think the DA was in on a conspiracy with the Teamsters and Rendell. Too bad they are gonna get away with it.
And for my money - I never would have put the Republican National Convention in Philly in 2000. Talk about rewarding bad behavior. And so much for the hundreds of millions that were expected to flow in. Conventions are a scam and do not bring as much into city coffers as expected or advertised.
