Was the attack of September 11th the last diabolical gasp of a totalitarian century of world order movements or was it the first strike in a new world order movement of the next millennium? Has mankind, having lived through a blood-drenched century starting with World War I, through both National and International Socialism, and now imperial Islam, finally realized the value of self-rule? Hasn't enough human blood been shed, first with 17 million dead after the guns of August 1914, on to the crematoria of the Nazis and the 100 million dead at the hands of "progressive" Communists, and now with the growing Islamic death toll which has struck at the heart of America, for mankind to realize that he has no right to rule over his fellow man?
America, the greatest civilization in history, remains a beacon of freedom for the world. Our Declaration of Independence captures the entire American philosophy and the secret to our unprecedented success with one sentence. "We are endowed by our creator with certain inalienable rights, among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." This simple and eloquent recognition that the creator, not man, is the source of all rights, set the stage for the creation of a limited constitutional government which would exist for the sole purpose of protecting those G-d given rights. The totalitarians believe that gun-backed cabals, rather than men under G-d, are duty-bound to control the world for its own good.
The election of 1912 marked the first significant breach in the constitution and the totalitarians would surge through. The first year of the Woodrow Wilson Administration would witness the birth of the Federal Reserve, which would transfer all power to create and control currency from our elected Congress, where the Constitution says it belongs, to a cartel of private domestic and international bankers. The 16th Amendment would be passed that year as well, under questionable circumstances, which would place a permanent and direct tax on the income of American earners. The tax balances over-spending by the Fed, which creates money out of thin air. America would henceforth be mortgaged with a lien by the government on private property.
Less than a year after the creation of the Fed, World War I broke out under flimsy pretences regarding the assassination of an Austrian prince in Sarajevo. The Carnegie Endowment for Peace had conducted meetings years before the outbreak where it was concluded that international war was the best way to bring about world government. This same organization would later send a latter to President Wilson urging him to stay in the war at all costs. The war gave birth to the Bolshevik coup de etat of October 1917 and a radical leftist regime in Russia. The Bolsheviks would proceed to host the most aggressive movement for world conquest the world had ever witnessed with its bloody tentacles eventually extending to every nation on earth.
The post World War I reaction to Bolshevism, with the mass liquidations of millions who resisted their scientific socialism, was a less radical leftist trend that would fall under the general rubric of fascism, which preserved some rights within an authoritarian system. This movement would lead to radical social-Darwinian Nazism. Communism and Nazism were the flip side of the same totalitarian coin. Both ideas conned millions of people into surrendering their individual rights for a gauzy conception of the greater good.
World War II crushed the Nazi head of the hydra with triumphant Communism marching into swaths of Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Like the Nazis, the communists sought a new world order with an enlightened elite offering to change the world and transform man. While America, with its experience of freedom, escaped the worst scourges of scientific socialism, nevertheless, America didn't get away unscathed as a home-grown totalitarian elite developed and, in gramscian style, continues to insinuate its sinister influence in all aspects of American life and institutions.
Besides radical Islam, which could be utterly crushed in one fell swoop if the free world had the will and moral courage to do so, there remain in place several lethal vestiges of the regressive world order movement. One of those is the United Nations with communist underpinnings going back to its first secretary general Alger Hiss. The UN is a world government in the making and the sovereignty of nations are being chipped away at conferences that attempt to control every aspect of human life. The UN should be restructured into an entirely neutral body to be used as a diplomatic sounding board. In order to retain moral authority or relevance, the UN should promote sovereignty and individual rights. Otherwise, the US should pull out of this dangerous dinosaur before it's too late.
Other totalitarian dinosaurs include the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organization. All three were conceived at the Bretton Woods Conference, 1944, by, among others, American assistant secretary of the Treasury and Communist spy Harry Dexter White and Fabian Socialist British economist John Maynard Keynes. These organizations, along with all central banking establishments, concentrate the wealth of the world in the hands of a few who use governments to perpetrate their private power and who occasionally instigate wars to collect debts. Space does not permit a complete listing of all the new world order relics that are eroding sovereignty and impinging on G-d given rights.
The Sept. 11th hijackers, like their totalitarian predecessors, believed they had a right to enforce their will on another sovereign people. They did not feel bound by conventional modes of morality which dictate that one is to love ones neighbor as oneself. I pray that the scales fall from people's eyes and at long last the old totalitarian ideas of the past, ideas wrapped in phony altruistic language, are finally contrasted with the shining beacon of limited constitutional American freedoms.
