CARAL and Governor Davis invite you to the bill signing ceremony for 3 pro-choice bills which CARAL has sponsored and/or supported. The bills are SB 1301 (The Reproductive Privacy Act), AB 1860 (EC in designated rape crisis centers), and AB 2194 (abortion training in residency programs).

The bill signing ceremony is going to be on Thursday, September 5, at 1pm at the Civic Center Plaza. The Civic Center Plaza is located across from the Polk Street entrance to City Hall, between McAllister and Grove Street.

Everyone is welcome to attend this celebration. Please bring Pro-Choice signs to hold in the crowd.

Three pro-choice bills I could think of right now would be 1) the right to choose to keep and bear firearms 2) the right to choose where your child gets educated and 3) the right to choose how you want your retirement money (i.e., social security money) handled.

Oh, but wait, this is CARAL's and Gray "The Prince of Darkness" Davis' twisted version of "choice" (i.e., the slaughter of innocent babies). My three true-choice ideas shall not come to pass.

CARAL sent this out today. It saddens my heart that California has come to a level of complete disrespect for women by not only passing these bills, but now on the verge of Davis signing them into law and the general public seems to support this man! Please call, write or fax Gov. Davis's office and tell him we respect Life and the women of California and to please veto SB 1301 which lowers the standard of medical care for women making it easier for abortion providers to turn a profit at the expense of women and their health.

If you live in the San Francisco area please attend this bill signing ceremony with signs that say "Women Deserve Better than Abortion" and show your support For-Women, not abortion providers and so called pro-"Choice" abortion pushers.

I wish I could protest this bill signing. Unfortunately, I have three little kids and just can't get out to San Francisco. Sometimes I miss my college days when I could drive across the state and counter protest the liberal scum! I guess I'll have to wait until my kids are grown, then I can be the grandma protester.
