WSJ OpED links Iraq to OKC?

Pls don't yell at me for this, but I've heard references on talk radio all day about an article published by the lead editor of the WSJ that brings all the background evidence of a link between OKC and Iraq to the mainstream media.

I am not subscribed to WSJ Online, nor have I found a paper copy remaining in two newsstands (wierd.)

Does anyone have some summaries, and/or fair-use snippets of this? Or pull this post and replace it with the article if possible.

It was an Iraqi operation. Clinton and the Justice Department not only knew, they covered up Iraqi involvement. They are directly responsible for 9/11.

The op-ed is called "The Iraq Connection" by Micah Morrison. It has a long section on the claims of Jayna Davis about OKC, specifically that John Doe #2 was Hussain al-Hussaini, an Iraqi who had served in the Iraqi army and supposedly "defected" after the Gulf War and relocated to OKC. Interestingly, Hussaini later worked at Boston's Logan Airport, the origination point of both the planes that hit the World Trade Center. It also recounts information that came out in the McVeigh trial about evidence of an Iraqi connection to the OKC bombing.

This story has been bubbling around for some time in conservative circles. At first, I didn't believe it, so certain was I that Saddam wouldn't do something that irrational. Then I forgot that Clinton was president at the time, and that Saddam had surely taken the measure of the man.
