If any African-American, anywhere, wants a free seat in Congress, they should run against
ANDREW in 2004 in the Demoncratic Primary in whatever safe Congressional seat the Demoncratic Machine tries to arrange for him. All the African-American would have to do is show up, and the press and the racial hucksters of NY will be delighted to reprise this little play all over again. And surely the safe seat will be one that cannot be lost in the general election if the candidate has a (D) after his name.
