Opposition? Oh no, that's not how it works. Members of the opposition aren't allowed anywhere near aid workers. Generally aid is just handed over to the government for redistribution, but when it's not, the soldiers "maintaining order" see to it that only the right people reach the head of the line. That's the whole point of Mugabe's plan to eliminate agriculture: If you want to eat in Zimbabwe, you have to vote for Mugabe.
