In a separate incident, federal prosecutors said Friday they are investigating a 39-year-old Afghan-born man who lived in Hamburg and holds a German passport for possible terror links. The man was arrested by U.S. authorities after he traveled to the United States in mid-July, and was in custody in Alexandria, VirginiaSomebody ought to send this to the jackass city council or whatever it is in Alexandria as they are saying that people should display flags of various nations, not just American, on September 11th to 'CELEBRATE THE DIVERSITY OF ALEXANDRIA'
"Hey mayor and city councilscum, "I have your diversity right here", (said, squeezing crotch defiantly).
International diversity without control, steeped in naivity and a 'cmon, we're America; we're wide open!" is that which has made Arlington, VA (site of one of the three acts of 9-11 terrorism) and other parts of towns near D.C. precisely cesspots for Islamist Arabic extremist terrorists fiddling with phoney Virginia state IDs and drivers licenses and planning their next attacks in the United States. Do we REALLY need another wakeup call?!

The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. This offence is punished with death. By the same article of the Constitution, no person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

I don't know; I'm still trying to figure out why a woman would marry a jerk whose opinion of women is that they are livestock, somewhat higher than dogs.
Can't fix stupid, I guess.

Arrest of two on terror charges
By Adam Tanner BERLIN (Reuters) - Amid fears of September 11 anniversary attacks, German officials say they have arrested a Turkish national in possession of explosives and have announced the U.S. arrest of an Afghan-born German citizen.
The German prosecutor's office on Friday said U.S. authorities had arrested an Afghan-born German from the city of Hamburg, where three September 11 hijackers once lived, on suspicion of planning attacks.

I expect if the Fed's spy apparatus is working properly, we'll hear of several of these kinds of arrests over the next four or five days...

USAREUR headquarters was one of the places where the Baader-Meinhof gang set off a bomb that actually killed somebody, back when I was stationed in Germany, in 1970-72.I was stationed there at Campbell Barracks when B-M blew up our intel data center and killed 3 of our finest (May 72)...still burns fresh in my mind.
This story gives me the creeps...

I don't know if there's any U.S. caselaw on treason by dual nationals. There is, however, the UK case of William Joyce, a.k.a. Lord Haw Haw, who was convicted of treason and executed for making propaganda broadcasts for the Germans, even though he was a citizen of neutral Ireland. His possession of a British passport was held to be sufficient grounds for holding him potentially guilty of treason against the UK.

We need to execute somebody, just on general principles.

"German federal criminal authorities refused to comment, saying the case was being handled by state investigators."Mmm hmmm, and a few months from now the Turk and his girlfriend will be released, rather than risk angering a bunch of muslims.
What's with the Germans?
Why do they resist doing anything effective about terrorists?
Can it be because they see these terrorists as being primarily a threat to Jews?

No doubt, give the little skiff a military tribunal hearing and execute her.
