"MMMmm.. backstrap & ribs.. I'm suddenly contemplating firing up the grill.."
That reminds me... I am going to the Bones & Brew festival at the Portland, OR Waterfront tomorrow. Can't wait to sink my teeth into the BBQ ribs.
I don't each much meat because if I ate as much as I wanted too, I would be a cow. But, I have to let loose sometimes. Nothing beats ribs and beer.

Did you know that the
Carib Indian word for roasted human arm was
barbecue? That's the origin of that word. (I suppose they ate like wolves also)

I am going to the Bones & Brew festival at the Portland, OR Waterfront tomorrow. Sounds great!
Here in Houston we are gearing up to get pounded with rain & wind &
likely flooding.. so of course we must fire up the grill..

"Here in Houston we are gearing up to get pounded with rain & wind & likely flooding.. so of course we must fire up the grill.. " Stay away from Braes Bayou and Sharpstown. I used to live in Bellaire. Good luck.
