Thank G-d my youngest son is almost 12. I may make it out of this morass. But what about grandkids down the road? This fight will never end.

Somebody help me out on this. Don't homeschooled kids have to pass standarized tests? And if they do, what possible complaint can the government of CA have against home schooling? It's time to stop the Communist Government of California.

I look at it this way: at least its a way for a single issue voter to cast their vote for Simon... Maybe Simon can get a couple thousands vote out of the deal...

What they'll end up doing, because they don't have the time to enforce their ruling, is pass a law that says to go to any college or university that receives taxpayer money, the student must graduate from a public or private school.
