TAMPA -- Florida has fouled another pivotal election, and that should make the next vote a fiery one -- virtually ensuring that all the emotions swirling around the historic election of 2000 are replayed in November.
This formula for an uprising cannot be good for Republican Gov. Jeb Bush, with Democrats energized by a new nominee for governor resolving to turn out in strong numbers this fall and make their votes count once and for all.
"This absolutely rekindles everything," said Jim Krog, a lobbyist and seasoned campaign manager.

We can always count on Mark to write his "analysis" straight from the DNC fax of the hour. His willingness to blame JEB, quote only Dem sources and IGNORE the facts that these Democrat-controlled counties were given tens of millions of dollars to replace a system that was not broken is outrageous. Unbelievable! And now to attempt to blame JEB for this is absolute lunacy.

Its a typical liberal logic path. Like Mandella saying the US threatens world peace.

The Democrats in Florida's new strategy is to just break all the rules and f@#k up every election on purpose, so they can then claim victory.
I'd like to propose a name for it - "The Pro-Wrestling Bad-Guy Strategy."

Americans should give these socialists the ridicule they deserve. Anything else is being generous and lends legitimacy to their nonargument. Just laugh, hahaha, in their stupid faces.

The Democrats new motto "we want to go hell at all cost."

Interesting how demonrats screw up an election in their jurisdiction and then howl about it as if it were Jeb's fault. The supervisor of elections (and NO ONE else) is responsible for elections in their own jurisdiction, period.

This formula for an uprising Oh brother. Bring it on, demo-scumbags.

Sounds like it is off the same page as Clinton 'mouthpiece', Terry McAuliffe. . .these souless Dems have an agenda and they are more than determined.
In the meantime, hope someone asks them just what can Repubs do; or even Jeb Bush, about Dems who are not only stupid, but determined as well to 'foul' the election process.

Like I said in my other post the problems are in the DemocRATic counties. They supply the voting machines, approve the ballots, etc. By comparison the Republican ran counties had very few problems. Sounds to me the the local DemocRATs don't know how to run an election. Parley

Are FL-RATS *HIGH*? Democrat counties screw up *their* elections and somehow the evil pubbies *made* them do it? AMAZING!

I just walked in the door and caught the local news- Jim Smith was on discussing his recommendation to Jeb to SUSPEND the incompetent supervisors of elections in Broward and Miami-Dade!! I didn't see it all- there was something about a previous suspension being overturned by the state Senate- and Smith said: "That would be their right- but in this case, the Senate will not meet until AFTER the General election, and at least we won't have them messing up another election."
IS THERE ANY CORROBORATION ANYWHERE OF THIS NEWS? THIS IS HUGE!!

Keep repeating the mantra:
"These were Democratic voters, in Democratic counties, in elections managed by elected Democratic Election Supervisors.
Bush ordered the polls to stay open, but the Democratic Election Supervisors failed to advise their precinct staff.
If the Democrats can't manage to operate an election, how can they manage a state government?"

Interesting -- this is exactly what a FReeper (whose name I can't recall offhand) posted just today on a seperate thread.
Maybe Jeb's got some staff lurking on FR?

I just heard Michael Barone saying this will HELP Jeb.
Who to believe, Silva or Barone?
Too easy!

Bingo. I'll be using that a lot in the next couple of months.

I think Jeb Bush is going to feel some fallout. Republican or Democrat, this is very poor management. If he was a Democrat there are a lot of folks that would be calling for his defeat due to this. I'm astounded at the political sloppiness to allow this to happen: he could not have handed his opponents a better issue. What it does is activate the Democratic base...even though he has no interest in Reno losing the primary (he could have made mincemeat of her; I think she is an absolutely dreadful, politically hapless candidate). This lack of preparation (Jeb's underling) to run an election without controversy ensures it will be a horserace.

Responsibility for conducting the elections is NOT on the Governor, it is on COUNTY OFFICIALS.
The counties that had problems with elections are run by DUMOCRAPS.
The voters complaining of the problems were DUMOCRAPS.
Just how much light do they have to shine in one ear in order to see it coming out the other???
