No, they should go to the pokey for a few months. You can't say hijack on a plane, you can't yell fire in a movie theater, so you sure as hell should not be allowed to make false terrorist threats. This isn't a free speech issue, either. It's a common sense issue that puts the public safety at risk.

Absolutely right RWP....I'm with you as always. Threatening aloud to do mass destruction and terrifying people admittedly on purpose is beyond any definition of "free speech".
