Limbaugh aptly noted at the end of his show how sinkEmperor did succeed in preventing any further attacks on the US by aspirin factories. Hillary slipped up in failing to note that cogent fact. (/sarcasm)

You're very welcome. Sullivan is probably worth checking daily.

Wow. A piece of real journalism from the Left/socialist/communist/axis.
To: Molly Pitcher
I too am sending this brilliant Sullivan piece to many in need. Alas, nothing gets through blind adoration.

Sounds like co-dependency between a large part of the population and Clinton...
To: aristeides
That's good to hear about the new editor. Maybe the magazine reached its low point under Browne.
To: Paul Atreides
Ping - but we least forget that he shot a couple of million-dollar missiles at a tent and hit a CAMLE in the ASS, as was noted buy Bush during a meeting in the White House with Hitlery present.

Hey, thanks for the ping, MP.
People here can trash the New Yorker all they want - and I don't advocate spending one's hard-earned dollars on it - but it's very significant to find the article Sullivan describes there. Liberals have an automatic, knee-jerk reaction to anything (and I do mean ANYTHING) that doesn't come from one of their "trusted" sources. You could have photographs, sworn affidavits, taped conversations, and fingerprints showing Clinton to be guilty of negligence and malfeasance, but if it comes out in a conservative or less-than-satisfactorily-liberal magazine, it will be given the complete miss by liberals. But when it's in the New Yorker, it makes it much trickier to be ignored by them. Still, I doubt the guy who wrote it isn't going to have such smooth sailing for a while with his liberal pals.
To: Mr. Mulliner
You're welcome, Mr. M. I agree...significant....and boy do I hope Hillary noticed!

6) The gaping hole in the hull of the USS Cole.I have never seen the following info on FR (though it certainly could have been and I missed it) and have been reluctant to mention it myself ..... but perhaps the time has come.
One of the victims on the USS Cole was a young lady from near Charlotte, NC ...... Lakeina Monique Francis, age 19. She was a mess mangagement specialist.
..... her remains were the last to be found but her family was finally able to have a funeral for the young lady.
Months later, the family was notified that additional remains had been found. The family had a second burial service, this time using a child-sized coffin.
When I think of the nightmare of a family going through that ..... two separate funerals for the same beloved child ..... I burn with rage .....
..... just as I smolder when I think of the 2-year-old on one of the planes that crashed into the WTC. Any group of people who would use an innocent toddler as a weapon in that way is depraved beyond my comprehension!
These evil people must be destroyed before they destroy us. And the thought that x42 at best looked the other way and did nothing angers me beyond words!!!

I'm going to Borders this evening, and I am planning on buying that issue of The New Yorker. It is usually a good read anyway. Thanks for the heads up.
To: Utah Girl
You're welcome, Utah Girl. That's where I got my copy, plus a couple of other items...sigh...can't go into Borders without spending at least $5.

So sad, Kay. Glad a proper burial was able to take place........

Since Tina was egregiously involved in converting the New Yorker from a great magainze into a vessel of socialist swill, any change would be to the better.
I'll wait to hear of their turn to reality.

You're lucky to get out at that price. I won't even say how much I usually spend in Borders. :)
To: Molly Pitcher
Me neither, LOL! But at least my grandchildren will know I didn't make all this up!
To: PoisedWoman
You still have demonrat friends??
Mine have disappeared for the most part. They're avoiding me like the plague, LOL!
To: Molly Pitcher
Thanks for the ping. You realize none of this can be true. Just yesterday with my own ears I heard Hillary, the former co-president, tell Tim Russert that NOBODY did more to fight terrorism or get Bin Laden than her beloved husband. It's all a vast right wing conspiracy to take away his legacy.
