It is the Congressman's responsibility to check with the contractor to make sure all workers are documented, particularly when he is making such a stink about this issue. If he did not, he was quite foolish.

Do you also think it is his job whenever he goes into a diner to ask the owner if all of his workers are legal? How about every single store the man goes to? How about airline workers who check his baggage on his way to and from D.C. Should he also ask the woman/men in a hospital if they are legals before they change his bedpans?
