September 20, 2002 -- WASHINGTON - Saddam Hussein is obsessed with acquiring a nuclear bomb and has already built a small plant that manufactures nuke material, an Iraqi nuclear-engineer defector said yesterday.
"I believe it is finished," Khidhir Hamza told The Post.

No problem. I Saddass wants a nuke, he should get one. Or more. Right after they re-enter the atmosphere and impact on his nation. That way he can have LOTS of them - but only for a few milliseconds.

It appears that Saddam has feelings of inadequacy, in other words, a small anatomy. He brags to his mistresses about his ability to make war, compensation. Thus, every failure in war will trigger a knee-jerk reaction. Freegards....
