Um, lifesaving health care is provided to everyone. No one is turned away from publically funded (and many private hospitals as well) emergency rooms.

Now non-lifethreatening health care, that is another thing.
Even that is provided for most people through various public (and private) sources.

Your statement is demonstrateably false, and could only be made someone who is either ignorant of the facts or purposefully propagandizing. I'm guessing tha later, but you are welcome to continue proving to us that it is the former. :)
