About time.

They will snivel that they are "humiliated".
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Interesting. Both men and women are fingerprinted in my state for the "privilege" of driving a car. No SSN no license.
Perhaps we will be treated as well as Saudi women one day.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Outstanding. Great decision.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
I think we should get a DNA sample from every one of them also, like maybe... two gallons of blood?
To: sheik yerbouty
They should start by "humiliating" James Zogby.

Can we implant them with homing devices, too?

"I think we should get a DNA sample from every one of them also, like maybe... two gallons of blood?"
But, won't that kill them?

Saudi Arabia, a U.S. ally
the first lie in the article.

forgot my quotes.

It is wrong to single out Saudis fo fingerprinting, I think we should fingerprint all damn foreigners.

Yours is a brilliant suggestion which several of us have made a LONG time ago...
collars or leg attached electronic locators that set off "arabist entry detectors" at EVERY entrance to a public place... police should have detectors on them at all times, to let them know that they MIGHT be dealing with a terrorist, when they stop by the roadside to check out a stalled pickup truck...
if there are complaints about the program, it should be expanded to arabislamics of naturalized citizenship... and their progeny... THEY ARE ALL A GRAVE THREAT...
That includes the ones who work in the government even more than the ones who are on the street with the rest of us...

Sweet !!

"A program that requires registration of foreign visitors from some countries in the Middle East and North Africa is being expanded to include men from Saudi Arabia"
Not the change itself, but the direction of the change, bears the most watching. The US moves its military facilities out of KSA. The US lists the KSA as one of the countries supporting terrorist organizations. The US requires male visitors from KSA to be fingerprinted.
Not too much cause for a Saudi to worry about, until you consider that the US will soon control Iraq, right next door.

One year later.
It's about time!

Women should be included also since women suicide bombers have attacked Israel.

the first lie in the article.
LOL
I must admit that I am soooooo relieved to read this article.
When the fingerprinting program was announced (last month?) I thought that perhaps I was on that brink of lunacy... What about SAUDI ARABIA I hollered at J Ashcroft on the television... fifteen of nineteen is an awfully big fact to overlook... could this world be any more upside-down?!
Thank G-d some semblance of sanity has made its way into DC.
