I would suggest that Saddam would load that sucker on a rocket with Israel's name on it. Israel will NOT allow that to happen. Either the civilized world takes out Saddam Hussein by consent, or the Israelis will do it for us. And if they do it for us, there'll be hell to pay. The idiot nations will blame Israel for preemptive actions that they will say were not necessary. All the evidence will be vaporized. The US has no choice but to act. What is the difference between a primitive nuvclear bomb and a full nuclear bomb? My guess it that they mean he has enough to build a 'dirty' or radiological bomb. Any amount of radioactive material is sufficient for that.
