Illegals can get taxpayer ID numbers from the INS in order to pay taxes. Not many do. Lots of them get earned tax credits because they don't make much and have huge families they cannot support (must be a 'family values' thing). The feds are aiding and abetting these low-life criminals.

REfugees from El Salvador are another matter. This is why she got amnesty. El Salvadorans aren't sent north with fairy stories of retaking their native homeland, Aztlan. Mexican illegals are. Giving amnesty to one refugee at a time is far different than allowing the current invasion to be 'legalized'.

If the kids are 11 years or older they can stay and earn their naturalization (5-year limited window) but the parents should be deported and should have to wait 5 years to apply for immigrant status.

Any incident of seditious activity or speech by the kids or their sponsors and they get the boot, no matter long they've been citizens, and they don't get to come back even for a visit.

Even sponsors who are native born would be tried for sedition and if convicted would be permanently deported. They would only spread their rot if they served prison time in the U.S.

I'm being completely serious. There is no right to incite revolution in America, only incremental change within the rule of law.

I would make it easier to be a friend than to be an enemy of my country--not the other way around. The good immigrants, not the fringies (and you know who they are), are astouned that we would see it any other way.

Let's let anyone come here and stay as long as they want, let's let in another 8 million or so, as long as they are affable, attractive and able to maintain a 4.0 GPA. Trouble is, it will encourage and reward ILLEGAL immigration. With 8 to 10 million ILLEGAL immigrants already here and at least 100,000 a year more ILLEGAL immigrants pouring over the Mexican border alone, you're in favor of this because it may have been good for one person?
What about over-taxed AMERICANS shouldering the burden for
medical care and schooling for these people. Let them wait in line and legally apply for citizenship or stay home!

How can we call our self Educated Americans, when we can't even do the math. Some one ask the question, do this people have a SS# or how do they pay taxes. Well, yes they can pay taxes state and fedreral. We can thak the IRS who has issue many ITIN # (Individual Tax Identification Number). With this number they can pay taxes and guess who is going to venefit from that $$$$ WE all do. Where do you think that $$$$ is going, to many of the Universetisa and 4 year colleges/community colleges/Rds/DSS/Fire Dept, ect. Therefore YES they do pay taxes!. Some one else mention that if they don't have the legal paper work to be here in the USA they/We need to put them in a jail cell. Well, yes we could do that, but can you please tell me who is going to pay for the new jails to be built?. Do we have the $$$$ and the resources to built new jails and to look for this people while they are in our jails. If we don't provided good and other needs that they have we will be vaoleting Human Rights. I'm sure that our gov, don't want to look back with other countrys which are doing so. Do we have the man power to start looking for all of those who don't have the legal paper work to be here. Let me help you no we do not. & most of all are we all ready to start working on all of this jobs that all of this people who don't have legal paper work to be here are doing. Are We all as the Americans whom we claim to be ready to go and to those jobs. Or to work in the fast food chain or even construction. I don't think that people who employ this individuals would be so happy if we were to do so. Other wise the employers would be out of the job. I do have a problem with people who are here eligal and are doing eligal things, such as drugs, but please help me out. Who is using those drungs? some people whom I have clases in college are. & in reality is not just the college kids who are using the eligal drugs that this eligal people are bringing into our country but many Americans are!. My main point is can we used their tax $$$$$$ yes we can!, can we benefit from the ones who work in the fast food restaurants and other jobs that we AMERICANS don't want to do yes we can!, Or do we have the $$$$$ and resources to line them all and sent them back to their home country or to built jail celss...... I can only say if we have all of that and are ready to do all of that and their jobs LETS do it. But if we can't...... Lets help them be legal.... and before we say anything can we please read the sumary about the DREAM ACT on the National Immigration Law Center. & after we read it not ones but maybe 3 times... them we can come back and post our oppinion.
