Question: If they are here illegally do they have SS #'s, and if not how do they file taxes and pay them? Are they getting away with not having to file w4 forms and such? Just wondering.

Illegals can get taxpayer ID numbers from the INS in order to pay taxes. Not many do. Lots of them get earned tax credits because they don't make much and have huge families they cannot support (must be a 'family values' thing). The feds are aiding and abetting these low-life criminals.
