I don't know about rape, but in the 1800's there was a $5.00 bounty in Shasta County, California, for the head of an Indian. The Western Democracies have come a long, painful way. The Islamic theocracies have yet to come this way. For the most part, the people of the West have expunged such hideous brutality from their world. The Islamic theocracies have not, and, evidently, they are sanctioned by their religion. The people of the West have every reason to halt the spread of Islam.
