Thanks!

From my e-mail to Mediaqueen:

...We talked strategy for several hours after the FReep, and made some decisions.
To date, we have not had any media attention because we have only had the CONCEPT, but no tangible images to sell from.
Now we have a PORTFOLIO of pictures to take to the news directors - or we WILL, soon.

I plan to put together a dozen or so full press kits with pictures from tonight's FReep, and the story behind the "eGray Hooker" - Mike Ramirez cartoon, eGray.org - and tie it together with a STORY:

"PASSION on the right:
WHY are these conservative guys and gals dressing up and acting out?"

THAT will be our message. And I plan to take it on the road - to personally deliver my "press kits" to news directors at ALL of the local TV stations and newspapers - one-on-one - where I can look them in the eye and tell them what a GREAT story they will have... ...at the DEBATE on Monday (10/7) at the L.A. Times building.

THAT is our next target for MAJOR press attention. ALL of them will be prepared - in advance - to report on a "right wing CIRCUS" - and we will give it to them. I am working of getting a REAL dump truck to use as a prop, plus we should get TWENTY (20) or more FReepers for THIS event, including a few guys dressed as "Superman SIMON."

My goal in getting this media attention is twofold:

1 - Convince the faithful that THEY ARE NOT ALONE. We WILL win this thing, if they just do not give up. We decided that the eGray site is an EXCELLENT place to teach uninformed Simon supporters just enough about Gray Davis to be effective in their precinct walks, etc. Plastic pipe, dioxin and bullet train, for instance. Now they know enough to be CONFIDENT.

2 - Plant images in the minds of the "undecided" - eGray Hooker vs Superman SIMON. When they get in the voting booth, I want them to say, "Who do I want: the hooker, or Superman? I guess that I'll vote for Simon..."
