I'll bet at least one of them turns out OK. Maybe all of them. The teen years are all about conforming, going along to get along. And nonconforming is the biggest type of conforming in that age group.

Orange and purple hair, piercings, bad clothing, all the new things,,which are really old. Rebellion against the norm is the norm for teens. The lady/girl who wrote this story fell right into their trap and gave them exactly what they wanted. They only thing they can't stand is to be ignored.
