My 2nd cousin is gay and has that flying from the front porch of his house here in (very rural) eastern NC.
I doubt too many people even know what it means here.
I suspect that he gets copliments on how pretty it is from little old ladies.
My Grandmother saw a bumper sticker like that and made the same comment. Ignorance is bliss, I guess.
