Inspectors should consider whether the visitor ... has made an unexplained trip to Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Yemen, Egypt, Somalia, Pakistan, Indonesia or Malaysia
wow ... the gov't has awakened to the threat, finally?

Good. I wouldn't complain if I had to get myself fingerprinted if I were from a foreign country coming to America. At least I'd know I was coming to a country where they take action to protect their citizens.

This is really not enough - Why only four countries?

I think the article shows it's actually larger than that which they are considering ... but the "four" are the declared state-sponsors of terrorism ... now we all know that Saudi Arabia, Syria, et al are state-sponsors too ...
FROM THE ARTICLE ... FWIW ...

This sounds like a good idea. Once they're confirmed as Muslims, our military guys at the gate can shoot 'em with their M16's.

Egyptian nationals and men from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Yemen are the latest group of travelers who will be fingerprinted and questioned upon arrival in the U.S.,
now this is in addition to Iran, Iraq, Libya and the Sudan ... and of course, part of the complete list ... given the expanding problems in Britain and Europe means they'll try to work their way in through European countries, perhaps by establishing residency if possible ... the USA is coming close to experiencing an "Israel-like" feeling of being surrounded by a sea of enemies ... these are interesting times ...

Yes, please remember... no wagering! : )

This makes little sense.
What about 15-year olds and younger? Suicide bombers in Israel are very young. What about men over 45? At 46 they're considered too senile to do any damage? And what about women? And what about photo IDs of women in veils?

You got that right!

This is really not enough Correctomundo, we should cut off their arms and legs!

Watch for the Democrats and their surrogates to start complaining about this as racial profiling and an invasion of privacy.

because 99.5% fall into that category ... younger than 16 cannot travel on airlines by themselves without some sort of "sponsor" ... at least in the USA ... (help, airline experts?) ... perhaps 18 ... I'm not exactly sure that any 16 year old can just walk on an airplane either ... it may have to do with travel from those countries ...
the ratio of men to women who have attacked Israel is probably at least 99.5% male ... do we allow photo ID's of women in veils? ... I think you have to show your face ...

What about men over 45? There go my plans for a post retirement pastime.
