All the Arab leaders who are now preparing to engage or support an invasion of Iraq are to fly into Iraq, to talk Saddam into resigning. By the way, the most *powerful* of them (Saudi Arabia) needs to be present, for this to have any chance of succeeding. And nooooo, there is nothing complicated, suspicious or risky about this. No chance of becoming a hostage, or of being drugged, exposed to a bioagent or intimidated. This is just a simple, uncomplicated case of Saddam saying what he does so easily: "take my hardwon kingdom and power, please!"

It's nothing like any of that. When the Arabs get together, they all hug each other (in dresses, yet) and solemnly proclaim their undying devotion to one another--and especially, to one another's despotic regimes.
That's what such a thing would entail: A complete Arab-world declaration of support for Saddam, and begging him never, ever, ever to resign (in fact, asking him please to live forever).

Didn't Saddam lure his sons in law back like this, saying all is forgiven? Then immediatly killed them. The man is a spider, waiting for the little flies.
