DEARBORN -- She spoke with a trembling, but determined voice, issuing an impassioned plea for family and friends still living in Iraq.

"On behalf of all the mothers, sisters, wives and daughters in Iraq, Saddam Hussein must go," said Miad Konja, of Franklin Village, who is majoring in math at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. "The media is showing scenes of Iraqi people rallying and asking for long life for Saddam, but this is not true. These people have been paid money. They do not really want him in power. I wonder how many spies for Saddam were in the audience. I wonder how many family members of the attendees will be harmed when Saddam receives a report on the town meeting.

I'm sure they know that; shows the depth of the feeling against that brutal tyrant and how, despite all the naysayers, the liberation of Iraq is a good and great thing.

Nothwithstanding I'd like to see US troops allowed hot pursuit in taking out jihadi strongholds in Pakistan or US troops liberating Saudi oilfields first, Iraqi freedom will be the best thing the US can accomplish now; especially since we have committed to it.
