Article's thrust is that 9/11 connections to ISI have not been investigated. And that Pakistan's role has been covered up or ignored.

The bread crumbs left to find were designed to point to al-Qaeda because the majority (perhaps all but two) of the hijackers were Saudi's in al-Qaeda service. The game is/was misdirection. Saddam Hussein had Atta and one other in his employ and they in turn enlisted the other hijackers to take over planes, believing they were hijacking them to 'friendly' ports. [That's three. Want more?]
