Well, yeah, how many successful businesses do you think are going to be started by minorities without any business education?

Many of the people who have the personality traits to start a successful business don't have the patience to stay in school, and have their heads filled with liberal mush. People like Bill Gates and Michael Dell come to mind. They aren't minorities in this country, but what does that have to do with it?

What you are staing is true: it is possible to make it in this world without a college education. But guys like Dell and Gates, if indeed they didn't go to college, are the exception, not the rule. A minority, especially black minority is not going to know how to run the business without learning it somewhere. That mean a mentor or education.

I didn't go to college. I've had a good life so far, but things have changed in the 25 years since I graduated from HS.
