I hear you. Have the Habs ever gone this long without winning a Stanley Cup?

Are you back in God's country? Yep, retired in NE Texas -- since shortly after 9-11 last year! :-)

There has been much auroral activity on Oct 3 & 4 in northern North America. See

Lucas signed up 10-11-01.
Not only is this 1 day after 09-11-01,
but the date forms a palindromic binary number.
Something strange is happening here.

You ask a simple question, and all you get are a bunch of smartasses.

The same thing happened a few months ago over Cincinatti, and it lit the sky up for a few seconds as far as 20 miles out. Some folks reported an object travelling at a high rate of speed, due East, after the explosion; others saw nothing.
The consensus in the newspapers is that a meteorite exploded over the city.

LOL. Just a general apology to all those long-suffering Maple Leafs fans out there. How about us much longer suffering Blackhawks fans? Now that is truly an exercise in futility. The last time the Leafs won the Cup, Blackhawk GM Bob Pulford was playing for them.

That was my thought, I have seen them actually flashing across the whole sky at times... but then I was farther north than that. And if this guy is in Toronto likely theres too much light to see the northern lights very well. And then he said he was facing east besides (which I suppose is possible but not likely to be the AB)
To: FreeNot
Welll.... it *is* a little bit north of Toronto... and east... and south and southwest... ;-)
To: Lucas1
All kinds of things falling out of the sky recently. I just hope we don't get a big one.
