This is MOST frustrating. I am hoping we get SOME explanation from the SCOTUS. I assume what this is ...is the court NOT granting cert.

The ONLY think I can think is that the court viewed it as a States issue...which confuses me even more. Federal voting laws DO dictate the law in this case, no?

99.9% of politicians are lawyers who have spent years corrupting the system to their advantage. Thats why we have all these goofy laws anyhow, just to generate work for the dirtballs.

My guess is that most dimo politicians at the state and federal level ARE lawyers. Another reason to despise them, as if we needed another. The party of evil strikes again. I thought I detected a disturbance in the force this morning. :O)
