I disagree with you. The only thing better than having the dems overturned is having their plans backfire in their own face. If Forrester can't win now that everyone can perceive he is being cheated.... then he doesn't deserve the seat.

It will be a victory if Forrester wins, although it is a greater uphill battle now. Not just because he is no longer facing Torricelli, but because legally, it has been upheld, the democrats did nothing wrong. He has lost the moral high ground because of this ruling.
