That is the problem Davis.
Simon says, Davis promised there would be no more highways a few years ago. Then, he busted Davis on raiding the transportation fund.

Whites & asians score higher than latinos & blacks...what would you do to close the gap?
Simon says in Texas the ethnic minorities score higher than whites. We need accountability. Our schools are failing & we need more charter & magnet schools....and reduce the regulations coming out of Sacramento.
