I watched the President Bush's speech on CBS tonight. So they all didn't decide not to air him.

looks like some aired the speech and some didn't--in our local Philly market none of the "major" networks showed the speech

Was it CBS network coverage, CNN coverage, or local affiliate coverage?

I heard that the west coast stations aired the President's critical speech because the 5:00 p.m. time did not interfere with the stations otherwise primetime programming.

I do not know if you live on the east coast or mid-west but that is what I heard on the west coast when I called two of our local broadcast stations.
