If there are two men who are involved in "random" shootings, one has to assume that these are not your typical gang members (who basically kill over turf wars). Nor are these your typical serial killers (who with the exception of the Hillside Stranglers are people who work alone).

Thus my conclusion is that these are terrorist acts. They should BOLO for middle easterners who may look hispanic rather than the reverse.

I agree with you. I think the investigators are thinking along these lines also and that is why there has been no further mention of physical description since last week by one witness. Don't want to panic the public.

I would remind you of Steelman and Gretzler who committed a series of revolting murders in Arizona and California some years ago.They are both dead now-at least one was executed,perhaps both.These two guys were unrelated and not crazy.They were just evil sob's who killed for the "fun" of it.
