Don't believe that essay is "the same" as the book....book is much longer, yes? $10 isn't bad, or maybe you can find a used copy at amazon or ebay.

I'm perfectly ok with dropping the $10. But it's not in print yet in English. Amazon indicates the book has 168 pages...which, depending on the style/font/spacing, could be the same as the essay.
